It has been ages since I last had Peranakan food and I was craving for it this morning, in particular, "Babi Ponteh" i.e. Belly Pork in Preserved Bean Sauce. Now, I wonder how the french palette would react to the taste of preserved beans, hmm...

I have the recipe for this too but unfortunately, not enough ingredients to cook them. also, now on diet hehe. Yours look really, really, realllllyyy good!
Hi Ange! Thx for visiting my blog. On rendang, I did use 2 tbs but im sure 2 tsp is ok as well since i actually started w 2 tsp but i cudn taste them so i added more.
