Pasta With Crispy Spicy Chorizo

I had a party and this dish went fast. Al dente pasta with olives and crispy spicy chorizo, tossed with a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper, chili flakes, garlic, paprika, and good old oregano and thyme. Serve warm or cold. I think I will use pasta of a different shape next time 'coz these ones look like super-size maggots, no? (lol)

I did this once, I stir fried some vegetables (whatever that is left in my fridge) with garlic and olive oil and at the last minute, i put in the chorizo - delicious with pasta :)
